How far is the parking from OR Tambo?
About 10 minutes by car. We're in Kempton Park.
Is my car safe with you?
Yes. Our facility is fully covered, has 24/7 CCTV, and on-site security. We've operated for 5 years without a single security incident.
Who drives my car?
Only our uniformed AIPS drivers. Every driver is background-checked, has a valid license, and wears a bright blue AIPS uniform for easy identification.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
No problem. Message us with your updated arrival time on WhatsApp and we'll adjust. No rebooking fees.
How do I pay?
Cash or card on collection. We don't charge upfront, you pay when you pick up your car.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free cancellation up to 24 hours before your departure. After that, let us know as soon as possible and we'll work something out.
Is my car insured while it's with you?
Our premises are insured. For detailed cover questions (especially for high-value vehicles), message us before booking and we'll walk you through the specifics.
Can I just park my car myself instead of meet-and-greet?
Yes. Some customers prefer to drop the car at our facility directly. But honestly, the meet-and-greet at OR Tambo is faster for most people, which is why 9 out of 10 customers choose it.
